SMITH & WESSON MODEL 629-2

This piece engraved for a personal friend and decorated Veteran. Stainless steel is a challenge to engrave, even more so when polished bright. The end results are a fantastic contrast, the clean engraving cuts and beaded background sparkle on this mirror finish.

The large frame and 8 3/8 barrel dictated a strong amount of engraving. Full coverage on the cylinder and frame sides, leaving open areas on the barrel and under side of frame. A small amount of sculpted steel design can be seen on ejector housing.

Over all a solid piece for a solid man.
